These terms govern your use of gen2apps apps (including KeepUp) and this website. By using them, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the apps.

License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our apps on devices you own or control, in line with the app store's terms (for iOS, Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement).

Subscriptions & billing

• Some features require a paid subscription. Pricing is shown in the app before purchase.
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Manage or cancel anytime in App Store → your account → Subscriptions.
• Refunds are handled by Apple under their policies.

Health disclaimer

KeepUp and our other apps are for personal organization and motivation. They are not medical devices and do not provide medical advice. Any health-related data shown is for your own reference. Consult a qualified professional before making decisions about your health.

Acceptable use

Don't misuse the apps — for example by attempting to reverse-engineer, disrupt, or use them in violation of applicable law.

Intellectual property

The apps, this website, and their content (excluding data you create) are owned by gen2apps and protected by intellectual-property laws. Your data remains yours.

Disclaimer & liability

The apps are provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, gen2apps is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the apps.

Changes

We may update these terms as our apps evolve. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
